1. How do you feel when creating your artwork?
- I am in a state of pure bliss. It is the ONLY thing I do in life where I feel completely calm, happy, and right.
2. Which message do you hope to portray through your paintings?
- Over the past few years, I’ve compulsively painted heartbroken womxn that magically grow larger, stronger, and scarier than the world around them. As the paintings grow in number, I grow just a little larger, stronger, and scarier too. My hope is that feeling rubs off on anyone who takes one of my paintings home with them.
3. Your favourite childhood memory?
- Drawing my dog, over and over and over and over again.
